Nadan Beef Fry

INGREDIENTS
 
1/2 kg beef (small pieces)
2 inch ginger crushed
10 nos garlic crushed
7-8 nos curry leaves (chopped)
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
1/2 tbsp kashmiri chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
salt to taste
coconut oil for frying
1 sprigs curry leaves
1/2 teaspoon fennel seed

INSTRUCTIONS
 
Marinate the beef and ingredients half an hour
pressure cook the marinated beef
Heat coconut oil in a pan add pressure cooked beef , curry leaves and fennel seed . The beef become dry after serve
