INGREDIENTS
1. 1/2 kg beef
2. 1 tsp ginger paste
3. 1 tsp garlic paste
4. 1 tsp garam masala
5. 2 nos lemon juice
6. 1 tsp rice powder
7. 1/4 cup cornflour
8. 1 1/2 tsp pepper powder
9. 1 tsp red chilly powder
10. 2 tsp crushed red chilly
11. 1 tsp Turmeric powder
12. salt to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Pressure cook the beef with turmeric, salt, and enough water. ( 80% cook the beef).
2. Cut the cooked beef into thin slices.
3. Add turmeric powder, pepper powder, crushed red chilly, garam masala, chilly powder, lemon juice, salt to taste, ginger paste, garlic paste, rice powder, cornflour, and adding beef. mix well. keep this half an hour.
4. Heat pan with enough oil to deep fry the beef.
5. When hot enough add small batches of beef and fry it.
6. Serve hot with meals or rotti.
