 Crispy Meat Cutlet Recipe

INGREDIENTS
 
200 gm beef cut into medium sized cubes
1/2 tsp garlic crushed
1/2 tsp ginger crushed
1 nos onion sliced
1 nos potato (boiled & mashed)
1/2 tsp meat masala / garam masala
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 nos egg white
6 nos curry leaves
1 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
salt to taste
oil for frying

INSTRUCTIONS
 
Cook the cleaned beef with salt and turmeric powder.
Once it is cooled mince the meat. ( using a food processor/chopper etc )
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a non-stick pan, add chopped onion Saute well.
Add crushed ginger and crushed garlic and curry leaves saute until golden brown.
Add all the spices and stir next 2 minutes.
add minced beef, stir 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from heat and leave it to cool.
When it’s cool, add mashed potato and 1 tablespoon bread crumbs. Add salt if needed, combine well.
Take a small portion of cutlet mix in your hand, make a small flat round shape.
Dip it into beaten egg white.
When egg whites well coated, place it into bread crumbs and cover well. Do the processes until all cutlets mix complete. keep aside.
Heat oil in a frying pan. Fry until crispy and golden.
Serve hot with tomato sauce and salad.
