Egg Bajji Recipe / Egg Bonda Recipe / Egg Pakora Recipe Restaurant Style

INGREDIENTS
 
4 nos egg ( sliced )
1/2 cup besan flour
2 tsp rice flour
2 tbsp maida (all purpose flour)
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp kashmiri chilly
3/4 tsp meat masala
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/4 tsp asafoetida powder
1 tsp red chilli
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
salt to taste
oil for frying
1 nos onion sliced ( small )
1/6 tsp baking soda

INSTRUCTIONS
 
Mix the besan flour, rice flour, maida, baking soda, red chilli powder,kashmiri chilli powder, asafoetida powder, meat masala,ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder, black pepper powder, onion sliced salt to taste. Add enough water and mix well to a bajji batter consistency. keep aside for half an hour (best 1 hour).
The batter should not be too thin or too thick and should be of pouring consistency.
heat oil for deep frying in a pan or kadai.
Dip the egg slices in the batter and deep fry till golden brown.
Then remove and drain excess oil.
