Chilly Chicken Gravy Recipe / Restaurant Style Chilly Chicken Recipe

INGREDIENTS
 
1/2 kg Boneless chicken
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
2 tbsp Maida / all purpose flour
2 tbsp Corn flour
2 tsp Soya sauce
1 tsp lemon juice
1 nos Green chilly
2 nos Onion
1/2 cup Capsicum chopped
2 tsp Grated garlic
1 tsp Ginger paste
2 nos Green chilly
1 tbsp Soya sauce
2 tbsp Tomato sauce
1 tsp Red chilly sauce
1/2 tsp Sugar
1/2 cup Spring onions chopped
1 tsp Corn flour
1/2 tsp Lemon juice
oil to deep fry
Salt to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
 
Wash and chop boneless chicken to small pieces.
In a mixing bowl, add all purpose flour, corn flour, soya sauce, salt, ginger paste, garlic paste,lemon juice and finely sliced green chilly. Add little water and make it a paste.
Add the chicken and mix well with the paste. Allow to marinate for 30 mins.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add the marinated chicken pieces.
Deep fry until both the sides are brown and crispy.
Drain in kitchen tissue and keep aside.
Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan. Add grated garlic and green chilly. Now add ginger paste and saute for a minute.
Add onions, capsicum and saute in medium flame.
Add soya sauce and mix. Add red chilly sauce, tomato sauce and salt.
Add lemon juice and sugar. Saute well.
Now add the fried chicken pieces to this thick gravy and mix well.
Sprinkle finely chopped green chilli.
Add 2 tbsp of corn flour to small bowl, add enough water and mix it to thin paste. Add this corn flour paste to the chilly chicken and keep the flame in low. Stir well for few minutes and turn off flame.
Restaurant style Chilly chicken gravy is ready
