Chicken Pakora

INGREDIENTS
 
300 gm chicken (small sized)
1/2 cup onion sliced
4 nos green chilly (finally chopped)
1/2 tbsp ginger paste
1/2 tbsp garlic paste
1 teaspoon chilly powder
1 teaspoon kashmiri chilly powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
salt to taste
5 nos curry leaves (finally chopped)
4 tbsp corn flour
2 tbsp rice powder
1 nos egg white
oil for frying

INSTRUCTIONS
 
Mix corn flour , rice flour , turmeric powder , red chilli powder , kashmiri chilli powder , garam masala , ginger garlic paste , onion , curry leaves and green chilli mix well.
Add chicken , egg white and some water to make thick mixture.
Heat oil in a pan for deep frying. Fry the chicken medium high heat.
Garnishing after serve
